Pita Sandwiches for the Gluten eaters (with honey mustard dressing, red leaf lettuce and honey ham)
Corn tortilla roll-ups (with chived cream cheese, red leaf lettuce and honey ham)
Bangers and Mash (sausages freshly made from the local butcher shop and mashed potatoes with honey’s choice of veggies since HE’S cooking!)
Today we are going to Wild Adventures after Lunch (while we’ve got the girls while their bio mother is working that evening) So I’m still brainstorming on something that is going to feed my 6 kids, and 6 more of their friends! (that’s another post LOL!)
Probably potato salad I’ll make today and the leftovers of the ranch chili.
No idea, we’ll be at a friends, so probably sandwiches for the gluten eaters and something I brought with, for us gluten-free peeps
Something grilled for sure!
I’m cooking Prosperity Beans, an old Georgia recipe including black eyed beans, greens and ham
Italian Chicken (chicken legs and thighs marinated with a whole bottle of GF Italian Dressing) with cheesy broccoli rice
Sandwiches (gf bread or Gluten bread to the appropriate person, of course, we’ll have to make some bread, I’ve been slacking)
Green Chili Enchilada’s
Mom’s Cheesy, Ham/broccoli and potato chowder (it started with this crockpot broccoli cheese soup recipe) then I got comments on how good this would be with some ham, then my honey asked after ham chowder like his mom used to make and it kind of drifted into this recipe, which even my neighbors kids comment smells absolutely disgusting, but then eat 3 bowls!!
Morgan’s Special Burgers (my 14 yo grates up carrots and dices onions and bellpeppers, with 1 egg and mixes it all together and then grills them)
